Norra is a marketing brand that provides a home insurance estimate tool for homeowners in Missouri and Illinois. Norra is not an insurance company, is not an insurance agency, and does not sell, issue, bind, modify, or cancel insurance coverage.
Quotes are prepared and completed by Kevin Combs Agency of St. Peters, Missouri, Norra's licensed partner agency for Missouri and Illinois. The agency serves clients throughout both states, and in-person meetings can be arranged by appointment. It is an Allstate agency, so that is the name you will hear when they answer the phone.
Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance, a binder, or a promise of price or eligibility.
The premium range shown is an estimate, generated from general rating assumptions and third-party property data. It assumes favorable circumstances — for example a home in good condition with a sound roof, no recent claims, a bundled auto policy, and payment in full. If any of that does not apply to you, your actual price will differ.
Your real price and whether you can be insured at all are determined only after a licensed producer collects full information and the carrier completes underwriting. You are not covered until a carrier issues coverage and tells you so in writing. Do not cancel an existing policy based on an estimate from this site.
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. Estimates are only as good as the information behind them, and an inaccurate address, or details that turn out to be wrong, will produce an estimate that does not reflect your actual price.
Do not submit anyone else's personal information without their permission.
To build your estimate we retrieve property information from a third-party data provider. That data is sometimes incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Where it is unavailable we substitute conservative assumptions and tell you on the estimate screen that some details were estimated. We do not warrant the accuracy of third-party property data, and you should not rely on it for any purpose other than getting a rough sense of price.
When you submit the form or click to call, you are asking us to contact you about insurance, and you consent to being contacted at the phone number and email address you provide, including by automated means. If you check the text message box you also consent to text messages; message and data rates may apply and you can reply STOP at any time.
Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product. You can ask to be added to our do-not-contact list at any time — see the Privacy Policy for how.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights under an actual insurance policy issued to you, which is governed by that policy and by applicable insurance law rather than by these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and the updated terms apply from the date they are posted.
